- Job Title: HVAC Customer Service Representative
- Work Hours: Normal Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday or as necessary
- Job Summary:
- Processes service requests, prepares paperwork for escalated calls and fulfills customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction, using both common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within the call center environment.
- Job Duties:
- Provide Fast Friendly and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers
- Answer incoming calls related to service, billing, and other departments
- Schedule Service/estimate appointments in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments
- Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
- Other assigned duties as directed by management
- Helpless experienced representatives understand our Brand, Policy, and procedures
- Job Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 year experience in a customer service environment
- Intermediate knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within HVAC.

While out of town my outside compressor fan stopped working. I called Climate Tamers and a technician replaced my fan motor within 2 hours of my call. I highly recommend Climate Tamers!
Do yourself a favor and hire Climate Tamers , especially in this Louisiana heat I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my systems. They’ve done my service and redid all my ductwork and I’ve never had a complaint with them. Brad, Brandon, and everyone else on their team are all professionals, respectful and very reliable.

Climate Tamers was awesome. We had extensive work done including duct replacement, and an AC unit and 2 mini split systems installed. Brad and his employees were professional and conscientious, making sure everything was done as quickly as possible. Brad even brought us two window units to keep us comfortable while our AC was turned off. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and we never had any problems getting questions answered. I highly recommend!
