Climate Tamers is an air conditioning and heating business servicing customers in the greater New Orleans, LA area. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our technician team’s success. You will primarily be in charge of troubleshooting and fixing commercial and residential HVAC while providing fantastic customer service by collaborating with clients on their home comfort goals.
We are looking for someone that is experienced, a self-starter, a team player, and excited to learn and grow. Our HVAC Technician should be professional, respectful of customer homes, and prompt.
Working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility and availability to work overtime/weekends is required.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Troubleshooting commercial and residential HVAC
- Repairing commercial and residential HVAC
- Performing maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- New HVAC system installation
- Arrive at the job site at the scheduled time and location as dispatched
- Operate the company vehicle as needed
- Report any problems with company tools or vehicles promptly
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be knowledgeable in both residential and commercial HVAC
Compensation
- $20.00 – $40.00 / hour, dependent on experience
